The Seness Family app allows family members to connect with patients using NucleusCare services. Currently, the app can:

We simplified the initial login to use only the telephone number.
Once the Family Member logs in to the Family App using his/her phone number they will be prompted to enter a 4 digit code that will be sent to them via a text message (SMS). Once entered, the Family Member will login to the app.
Existing Family Members who do not have a phone number in the system will have to contact their admins to set one on file for them via the Web Control.

Bug fixes and performance improvements
We redesigned the experience when you only have one person to contact.We also fixed some bugs.
We fully redesigned the sign up flow so that new users can be invited by a loved one with their phone number. Users will receive more engaging notifications after sending text messages and photos, and video calls will default to landscape mode to provide the best experience. Finally, we fixed bugs and improved the performance of the app.
